Our Stay & Service Packages depend on the type of semi-attatched bungalow-villa you choose and how long you are planning to stay with us. Off-plan we have started to occupy your bungalow, we have still three types of villas/bungalows available:
Bungalow S1 or E1 – South Bay Sea/Mountain & City Marina View (S1) or East Sea & Islands View (E1) – one bedroom, kitchen, dressing room/storage room, bathroom/WC, living room, patio balcony, total over 140 square meter (1500 square feet) – click here for pictures

For first entry Residents we are giving the possibility to choose some of the furnitures to be integrated in your bungalow.

Services Packages
Our Packages start at EUR 3.800,00 per month per person (**) and include rental of a two persons occupied bungalow with fully furnished rooms, fully equipped kitchen (incl. cooking and tableware), includes electricity/water/heating/cooling, high speed wireless internet, cable TV base pack, any needed maintenance/repair, lawn yard care, etc. Daily housekeeping/refreshing/cleaning, minimum 2 times a week sheets & towels change. Including Chef’s prepared personalised Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner served in the common area or in your bungalow’s dining area, all day coffee/tea/snacks/fruits/sandwiches in the common areas, entertainment/education/wellness services, Concierge services (optionally you may add personalised Butler services). Package includes 24h/7d medical attention, standard protocol health check-ups (*), classic medical insurance cover (further payable insurance add-ons available based on your personal preferences). Unlimited use of all sports/gym/pools/wellness/beach facilities, body & mind wellness standard package included. Free rational use of inside-village transportation with club e-cars. 4 free scheduled transports per year from or to Athens Airport with our luxury mini-bus-van … and much much more … please contact us for further details (click here)
(*) medical health check-ups are performed based on doctors advice for the resident.
(**) Sample pricing is for a committed 24 months stay and on a quarterly pre-payment on a E1 Villa. Butler assistance services may be added. Discounts for longer stays and personalized packages for shorter stays are also available on request. Village entry/exit one-time fee to be added (eg. EUR 7.500,00 for Villa S1 Advanced Service Package 24months). Actual Greek VAT of 13% to be added to accommodation & food/beverages (excl. alcohol) / Services T&C apply
